Terms & Conditions
Upon engaging any services, a formal contract shall be established between Traveo Travels and you (the client). This contract shall become effective upon receipt of an advance payment confirming the booking, with the outstanding balance payable prior to the commencement of the services.
The quantum of advance payment required shall be determined at the sole discretion of Traveo Travels, taking into account the nature of the service and the time remaining before its commencement.
Payment methods shall be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Note: It is hereby clarified that no employee or agent of Traveo Travels shall solicit sensitive financial information such as card numbers, CVV, net banking credentials, passwords, or OTPs, nor shall they request transfer of funds to personal accounts or the installation of any third-party applications.
Any additional charges arising from excess usage of vehicles (including cars or coaches with drivers) beyond the agreed itinerary or sightseeing schedule are expressly excluded from the contracted service and are prohibited without prior authorization.
In the event of any increase in statutory fees, including but not limited to monument or museum entry charges, taxes, fuel costs, or guide fees subsequent to finalization of the tour or service cost, such increases shall be borne by the client as additional charges.
Traveo Travels shall bear no responsibility for costs, delays, or alterations to the program resulting directly or indirectly from unforeseeable circumstances such as landslides, road closures, extreme weather conditions, flight cancellations, accidents, mechanical failures, political unrest, or other force majeure events beyond its control.
Liability shall not be accepted by Traveo Travels for any loss, injury, or damage to persons, property, or otherwise arising from accommodation, transportation, or other services, whether attributable directly or indirectly to unforeseen natural conditions, fire, accidents, equipment failure, wars, strikes, theft, epidemics, regulatory interventions, or any causes beyond its reasonable control.
Traveo Travels does not provide any form of insurance coverage for accidents, illness, theft, or other contingencies. It is strongly recommended that clients arrange appropriate insurance independently. The client shall assume full responsibility for the safety of personal belongings and baggage at all times during travel.
